2012

Overview

presented by Communicado in co-production with Horsecross Arts and
Assembly Festival.

Created and directed by Gerry Mulgrew

The Burns story of Tam's drunken, glorious night out, the scene of supernatural debauchery inside Kirk Alloway, and the terrifying chase through the woods. Set in Burns' world, its rhythm of work, life, courtship, entertainment, ritual, and death. With over twenty songs, live music, a strong visual style and a large cast of the best Scottish actors, dancers and musicians, this is a show of outrageous hilarity, death-defying rhyming, anachronisms and short skirts.

Government Warning: This show may be nuts and contain laughter in excessive doses.
